From the start, Mario kept it real with me sending pics, videos, updates, and breaking everything down so I understood what was going on with my car. No guessing, no BS. He didn't just throw a price at me he found cheaper parts, explained what was urgent vs. what could wait, and even helped me stay within budget. Told me worst case scenarios. He diagnosed a radiator leak, a clunking issue, sway bar bushings, driveshaft hanger problems basically the whole nine and got everything done professionally. On top of that, he even helped me do some research on a new car I was thinking of buying. Who does that? Good people are hard to come by in this business, but at Rinos you can trust that they all are. Honest, skilled, and just solid.
